【方法步骤】：
在浏览器的工具栏里面找到，并点击“清除上网痕迹”。
在清除数据的时间里面，我们选择的是：全部。
下面选项的各个对勾，我们都要勾选上。然后我们点击“立即清理”。
【其他方法】：
对于电脑上的安装的多个播放器，我们要加以卸载，只保留一个即可。因为播放器过多，会导致各种视频编码的冲突。
特别对待的一个播放器就是quick time,这个药先予以保留，视频还看不了的话，就要卸载，能看的话，就保留着。
此外，对已Flash player也不要卸载，而是上网百度下载最新版本的安装。
全部的操作完成后，测试一下，看我们网页的视频能否播放了。

Video errors can be caused by your network, our network, servers in between, downtime by Amazon, a bad video uploaded by an instructor, or a number of other factors.
We recommend you try the following:
Make sure your Flash Player is up to date
Clear your browser's cookies and cache
Switch your video player (going from HTML5 to Flash often does the trick)
Refresh your browser
Quit your browser and re-open it
Log out of Udemy and log back in
Try a different browser (Google Chrome works best. You can download it for free!)
Turn off hardware acceleration (in Firefox or on Windows)
