摘要：The plunger (6) of the plunger compressor has a lubricated guiding part (6a)and a working part (6b) designed as a dry-running gas-seal part. That portion (7a) of thecylinder which is allocated to the guiding part (6a) is provided with oil scraping means(20). A leakage discharge opening (22) for leakage oil and leakage gas is provided in thecylinder (7) between cylinder portion (7a) and the dry cylinder portion (7b) allocated tothe working part (6b). Provided between the ranges of motion of the guiding part (6a)and the working part (6b), bounded by the top dead centre position of the guiding part(6a) and the bottom dead centre position of the working part (6b) respectively, is anannular shielding element (31) which surrounds the plunger (6) and by means of whichleakage oil flung from the guiding part (6a) in its top dead centre position or forced outof cylinder portion (7a) is collected and diverted towards the leakage discharge opening(22). The shielding element (31) reliably prevents wetting of the dry cylinder portion (7b).At the same time, a compact design of the plunger compressor is achieved, which can beimplemented with minimum spacing between the ranges of motion of the guiding part(6a) and the working part (6b).
