摘要：Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) receptor antagonists are provided. The HGFreceptor antagonists include HGF receptor antibodies and fragments thereof. The HGFreceptor antagonists can be employed to block binding of HGF to HGF receptors orsubstantially inhibit HGF receptor activation. The HGF receptor antagonists may beincluded in pharmaceutical compositions, articles of manufacture, or kits. Methods oftreating cancer using the HGF receptor antagonist are also provided.
